Focus On Relaxing, Not Recovering
Be proactive in planning getaways you can enjoy with energy and ease. Breaks that are used to “recover” set the intention that we’re going back into a situation that caused the need for recovery in the first place. This leads to resistance and can negatively impact results. Use getaways as a way to recharge and ignite that energy that creates even more opportunities for success (and getaways).
