Consider what it is you’re looking to change. Identify your intention behind generating or implementing the change. Be sure to include the benefits, risks and costs associated to help determine if’s still viable. When you can create a solid argument to implement change, it makes it much easier to get buy-in from peers, approval from decision makers and puts you in a great position to get noticed.
